Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will contact you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay.
- Shipping Area: We currently ship within Germany (excluding German islands).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order only within 24 hours of placing it.
- No Changes Allowed: We cannot change any details of the order, including address or products.
- Cancellation Request: To cancel an order, customers must request the cancellation within the specified time frame and can place a new order afterward.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Orders under âŹ49 have a flat shipping fee of âŹ4.95.
- Orders of âŹ49 or above qualify for free shipping.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are between 3-5 business days within Germany. Please note that we reserve the right to send orders in separate packages when needed.
- Some products shipped from outside the EU may take an additional 10-15 business days for delivery.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information. Tracking numbers may take 1-3 days to become active.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipment, including individual tracking information.
Shipping Delays
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, and unforeseen logistical issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damages and Issues
- Damaged on Arrival: Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if items arrive damaged. This includes photographic documentation that must be presented with the claim.

Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or incomplete, contact us within 72 hours.Â
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item, please inform us within 72 hours from the delivery.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, statutory defect liability applies. For used goods, claims for defects are excluded if the defect occurs more than one year after delivery; defects arising within the first year may be claimed under the two-year statutory limitation from the delivery date.
These exclusions and shortened timeframes do not apply to claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:
- Injury to life, body, or health,
- Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or malice,
- Breach of essential contractual obligations critical to fulfilling the contract's purpose (cardinal obligations),
- A guarantee promise, if provided, or
- Application under the Product Liability Act.

Non-Delivery Claims
If your order does not arrive within 21 days of purchase, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Liability Limitations
We are not liable for any unforeseen loss or damage beyond our control, nor for any losses due to delays by third-party shipping providers.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Germany. All terms adhere to relevant EU consumer protection laws and rights.
