What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout, we display all available payment options. We mainly accept:

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use secure payment processing to protect your information. All transactions are encrypted to ensure safety and confidentiality.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment is processed immediately upon completing checkout.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment doesn’t go through, please check your card details, ensure funds are available, or try an alternate payment method.

đźšš Shipping and Delivery

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed slightly, and we’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Germany, excluding German islands.

What are your shipping rates?
  • Orders under €49: Flat shipping fee of €4.95.
  • Orders €49 and above: Free shipping within Germany.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery within Germany is estimated at 3–5 business days. We don’t offer an express delivery option at the moment.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 days for the tracking to activate.

Why did my order ship in multiple packages?

Some items may ship separately for logistical reasons. You will receive separate tracking emails for each package.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

Please report any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos if possible to help us assess the issue.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days of purchase, please contact us to investigate and resolve the issue.

❌ Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • No Changes Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot modify order details, including shipping addresses or items.
  • How to Cancel: Please contact us within 24 hours to request a cancellation. You may place a new order if needed.

What is your return policy?

You can return items if they meet any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: Report damage within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect Products: Report any incorrect items received within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Defective Products: Report any product defects within 72 hours of delivery.

Additionally, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days after receiving your order. In this case, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

How do I initiate a return?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Email us at info@herboriumterrae.com within 72 hours of receiving your order for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or within 14 days if you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
  2. Provide Details: Describe the issue with the item in your email, or let us know if you simply wish to return it.
  3. Include Photos: If possible, attach photos showing any damage to the item or packaging (only for damaged/defective returns).
  4. Assessment: We’ll review your case and inform you about the next steps.

Are all items eligible for returns?
