1. What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout, we display all available payment options. We mainly accept:

Shipping and Delivery 🚚

1. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed slightly, and we’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Germany, excluding German islands.

3. What are your shipping rates?

Orders under €49: Flat shipping fee of €4.95.

Orders €49 and above: Free shipping within Germany.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery within Germany is estimated at 3-5 business days. We don’t offer an express delivery option at the moment.

5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking to activate.

6. Why did my order ship in multiple packages?

Some items may ship separately for logistical reasons. You will receive separate tracking emails for each package.

7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

Please report any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos if possible to help us assess the issue.

8. What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days of purchase, please contact us to investigate and resolve the issue.


Order Cancellations 

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

No Changes Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot modify order details, including shipping addresses or items.

How to Cancel: Please contact us within 24 hours to request a cancellation. You may place a new order if needed.


Returns 📦

1. What is your return policy?

You can return items if they meet any of the following conditions:

Damaged Items: Report damage within 72 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Products: Report any incorrect items received within 72 hours of delivery.

Defective Products: Report any product defects within 72 hours of delivery.

2. How do I initiate a return?

Please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Describe the issue with the item in your email.
  3. Include Photos: If possible, attach photos showing any damage to the item or packaging.
  4. Assessment: We’ll review your case and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

3. Are all items eligible for returns?

Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect qualify for returns. We do not accept returns for other reasons.

1. How do I qualify for the free mystery gift?

You qualify for the mystery gift by spending €49 or more (excluding shipping costs) in a single transaction.

2. What is the mystery gift?

The mystery gift is a surprise item chosen by us based on availability. Its type, size, or value may vary, and it cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

3. Can I combine this with other discounts?

Yes, the mystery gift promotion can be combined with other discounts or offers.

4. When will I see the mystery gift in my order?

Once you qualify by spending €49 or more, the mystery gift will automatically appear in your cart and at checkout as a free item. No further action is needed!

3. How Do I Get My Box?

You can order your box whenever you like—no commitment necessary! We’ll send you a reminder email each month so you don’t miss out on your next box. Simply follow the instructions in the email to place your order.

4. Is There a Subscription?

There is no subscription required! You only buy the box when you want it. We’ll remind you each month, but the decision is completely up to you.

5. Are the Products Eco-Friendly and Cruelty-Free?

Absolutely! All the products in the Monthly Nature Fix are carefully selected to be eco-friendly and cruelty-free. We prioritize products that support both your well-being and the environment.

6. Are the Boxes Limited?

Yes, each Monthly Nature Fix box is available in limited quantities each month. Once they are sold out, they are gone for good, so be sure to grab yours while supplies last!
